Accountability Committee (2)

Members: Nathan Giede, Mary Esplen
Meets on the basis of necessity. It is designed to keep the community accountable to the rights of membership, and analyzes cases where these have not been up held.

Bookstore Advisory (1-2)

Members: Robert Stevenson, Alan Liu
Its purpose is to determine new books and merchandise that the bookstore will stock in relations to the needs of the students.

Campus Planning Committee (2)

Members: Kelly Lamb, Jeremy Cockrill
Its purpose is to examine and determine all renovations and building projects on campus

This committee helps oversee the publications as well as the hiring of Editors

Document Review Committee (5)

Members: Caitlin Lavallee, Ted Lewis, Nathan Giede, Colin Weeres
Reviews the governing documents of the Student Association

Ecological Stewardship Committee (2)

Members: Chris Dobosz, Matthew Richard
Meets on a needs basis to advise the administration in regards to issues such as tree removal and ecologically safe campus expansion

Food Services Committee

Members: Jordan Schroeder, Jon Chan
Meets regularly with University Enterprises and Sodexo to discuss ways that cafeteria and lower caf areas may be improved as well as food quality

Graduation Banquet Committee (2)

Members: Megan Devries, Mary Esplen
Purpose is to plan the graduation ceremony along with the president’s office

Housing Appeals Committee

Members: Nathan Giede
This committee meets sporadically and is designed to deal with appeals in regards to the rule of students living on campus or at home until they reach the age of 21

This committee discusses where the library is heading in relation to their online databases, online cataloguing and new books to be ordered

Orientation Committee

Discusses how to improve O-week

Proposal Advisory committee (5)

This committee ensures that all documents are prepared before going before the Representative assembly

Recreation Enhancement (2)

This committee oversees the spending of the new Recreation Fees

Retention Committee (2-3)

This committee was formed to discuss how current Trinity students will remain Trinity students and ensure this is a university worth coming back to

This is also a new governing body on campus passed by the UAC this body oversees all campus policy and procedure

Undergraduate Academic Council

This committee deals with anything to do with undergraduate academics, including courses, times for courses, changes in syllabi, etc.
